Shipping

Once your order is placed we aim to ship it within 1-3 days however delays may occur if the item isn’t in stock, and therefore is always best to check before hand. Once the item is shipped you will be sent an email confirming this and where possible tracking will be included.

In limited cases were we don’t have the physical stock in our warehouse we will ship the item straight from one of our manufactures, this may lead to the item being shipped from outside the EEC and therefore custom charges would be applicable to the end customer. Please contact us for more details if the item you’ve ordered( or want to order) is out of stock

Damages

Although all items are professional packed and checked before being sent, damages can occur, on the event of this happening and you are still willing to accept the goods please ensure the courier knows and marks the item as damaged as it will help if you need to claim.
